You are correct @Allen Trent Probably not - but that is what is so unusual about this is that To my knowledge State Farm doesnt do any of that. They write vanilla home, auto, umbrella policies. The types of clients that I find most likely to download their own policies, call into 1-800 number, use the 'other vanilla insurer' app.

Perhaps its partly the State Farm business model where the agency does 100% of the work for the client and they never call the national phone number or use the app, I don't know, the whole things seems most odd to me.

And I agree with @Markthebroker that the " incredible attention to detail, risk tolerance, creativity and a fair level of financial sophistication" could have been put to much better financial betterment.
