Yes YIO is a good system, but I prefer the CRM application from http://customertimes.com/services/salesforce-com-implementation/ service. It is a very convenient and simple system. It fits all my requirements.

We use Concept One and ImageRight. Both work well together. Imageright is a Vertafore program and Concept One is Epic software.
