Your association only qualifies on one of those criteria.
That being said, it's well worth what I've paid to be a charter member. (I apologize for being late on my monthly dues. I had to choose between my son's surgery and the association. Kids come and go...)

Rick...You really weren't late. We over billed you last year so you're actually not due until November. I wasn't going to say anything...but...you are indeed a charter member.

Yes, Paypal only. But Pa residents get in for no charge on even number months. So if you apply, there will be no charge.
Many of our members actually move to Pa to take advantage. And why not? 1000 free leads every month along with free SEO training from Singapore. It's the $250 administrative fee that turns people off.
