Insurance Fraud? How will this be caught?

As I started reading through this thread I couldn't figure out why a couple of people were talking about "...will not pay a benefit" and "If a death claim is made". Especially when the first sentence of the OP had the words Marketplace Silver Plan.

It's all Bob Barney's fault.

There are probably thousands of people who own life insurance and they quit smoking for 3 to 4 weeks to qualify for the non smoker rate. I have seen so many agents talk about this when I started the business. Please dont let one person bother you for the same thing for a health policy
