Insurance that Doesn't Cover Hospitalization?

Saw this article this morning . . . .it's just one nightmare after another for consumers who get stuck having to deal with people from the "marketplace" to fix/remedy any problems encountered. As agents we carry E&O to protect the consumer . . . now they have no recourse when something goes wrong . .

And no recourse at all for her. I wonder if MNsure records calls? If they do and it was documented she got the wrong advice, would she have a case? Imagine if there were an agent giving that type of advice. The government would string them up. But when the government does it there is no recourse whatsoever. Ridiculous.

That's because employers are responsible for employee actions. And in regard to government employees we are the employer.
