Insure.com Remote Agent

Looking for some opinions here. One of our agents received an offer from "insure.com" to be a remote independent agent for this cyberagency. Apparently they send free leads of people their guys couldn't close to them (free after a $500 "registration fee"). Comp payout looks pretty low - but I understand its their "agency customers" they are sending. Looks kind of easy to me.

He asked my opinion - I looked at the material they sent him - looks OK. There's got to9 be a catch here. Any info would be appreciated so I can get back to him.

The site is still around but I saw nothing anywhere about working for them after I searched.

Perhaps things have changed since this person (who likely is no longer around) posted nearly six years ago.
