Insureon Solutions/Insurance Noodle

We're a primarily personal lines agency but use them for commercial lines. Seems they've had some turnover, I think they'll get things straightened out but just in case....who are their competitors? ie who could I move my $50k BOB of business to if something were to happen? I just don't want to get caught flat footed...

I am going to resurrect this. I thought signing up with them was a pretty good way to dip my toes into the independent P&C world to get access to a few companies, but it seems that they are not only super slow, but their process is outdated (sending an Excel doc to collect info for an auto policy).

Anyone using them?
