Hey All,

Got a client buying a church compound for his primary home. There's a 2000 sq ft house connected to a 6500 sq ft church. There's also a separate detached rec center that contains 1.5 basketball courts, an industrial kitchen & a few offices. There's also a huge outdoor pavilion with asphalted floord & not to mention a huge parking lot.

He'll be living in the existing house to start, and eventually converting the church to a massive 1 story open concept primary home (at which point his daughter will live in the existing house.) He won't be renting anything out at all...just this guys primary house. And the rec center will become a mancave of mancaves.

Who will take something like this>?

and it turns out he has a total fire loss from 10 months ago (on his previous primary home) in which case the fire martial investigation revealed the cause of the fire was "undetermined"

Undetermined fire loss just made your situation 10x worse. Those can be tough.
