But since you brought it up.....how does one cook a Kosher Turkey?


Ingredients:
1 - 15 lb. Turkey
20 lbs. kosher salt
12 gallons of water from the Dead Sea

Directions:
1) Boil the water in a large pot (very learge pot)
2) Add salt
3) Add Turkey
4) Cook for 6 days or until tender
5) Call the Rabbi to bless the turkey

And, that's it! Simple to make, very delicious and it's good for you too.

That's got to be one of the more unique ways I've seen for turkey being cooked... Things that are cooked for a long time tend to be good though, right?:yes:
 
I'd like to commend everyone for sharing on this thread and staying on course. We may not always agree and thats where sometimes we learn from each other. Sometimes its even entertaining!
