Interesting.. The Credit Union clerks in Iowa and Nebraska will be enrolling customers (and walk-ins?) for the new Co-Operative's insurance plans. I wonder the C.U. employees will need to be certified somehow?

Yeah, this reeks of something....will they all be certified as navigators? Then they have to present all plans, not just CoOpportunity plans. Will they actually be enrolling people? Then they have to be licensed agents. How will CoOpportunity get everyone licensed in time given the limited testing times and locations available through Pearson? I wonder if there is some kind of Obama waiver for the Co-Ops since they are born out of the law? If he can delay parts of laws as he sees fit, I am sure he can allow certain groups not follow other parts, right?
