Is It Better to Be Paid "as Is" or Advanced?

I would say a combination of both might be best. If you have been in the busines for 5+ years and there is a healthy stream of renewals coming in from those advanced payments, then it might be easier to go "as earned" going forward. I can't imagine starting out that way though. Advanced is the only way I could feasibly see anyone making it the first year..at least in Life sales.
