I am now on hold for over 15 minutes waiting to talk with Mb Services with a member. It has never taken so long before.
Is something going on with Devoted Health?

Ive been on the phone with them quickly 3 times over the last few weeks
My only complaint was I wanted to know if Walmart would be covered for glasses
and she made me log in and go though the whole thing into the special way to get to eye providers which Yes I did not know, but was super busy at the time
In fact I was IM'ing another carrier about an issue at the same time
I just wanted a quick answer not a long lesson
but they were there for sure
