Is there anything better then WP Premium for Phone #'s

I have some clients I am trying to reach that I have over 4 years some have disconnected or changed numbers, I have been using WP premium but I find 90% of the time its no help

Is there anything better out there?

I'll bet a lot of them have gotten rid of their landline and gone straight cell.
