The pool can be filled,if there is no damage, that will assist in resolving this.

I agree these types of risks open up all sorts of E&O issues, that is up to the agent who writes this risk I am just giving my opinion. Lastly I would like to see a homeowners policy in S Florida for $800. Either way good luck!
