Isn't the Order of the Benefits a Little Strange?

I've noticed that all of the new SOBs start off with the Moop, then Ambulance benefit. WTH? Hospital was always the lead-off benefit for many years. Now, all of a sudden, Ambulance is more important? Hospital is near the back of the book. Weird. It breaks up the flow of the presentation in my case. What in the world is CMS thinking?

They have taken out section three of the SOB which is the details such as X ray $0-$90. You will need to tote around the Evidence of coverage if you want to know all the differences. Was told CMS requires plan to put in alphabetical order and eliminate section three as it confuses the members. Who needs details.

Really messed me up first few weeks

There are always these kinks (that are unnecessary) in the beginning of AEP
whether it be This ,website issues, supply issues or something else

I get they want to make it easier for seniors, but really? Alphabetical?

I just the most common concerns (hospitalization, PCP, specialists, etc.) should be first, more so like it used to be.

Obviously people who have never sold insurance designed the new SOB layout.

Does anyone know if the SOB and EOC for each plan is filed with CMS, and if so, can you look them up in the CMS databases in a spreadsheet format?

What er really have is a dumbing down of America.

With Medicare info missing in another year or two know one will know what original medicare covers and will have no idea or understanding or good value or no value relative to fee for service.
I hate the new books ( SOB's):nah:
