Has anyone had an issue with CMS validating their NPN for the 2024 plan year? I have an agent who has been waiting for six weeks, and every time I call the Agent broker help desk, they tell me that the ticket has been escalated to level 3 tech support, but 6 weeks seems like a very long time when everything that the agent needed to do has been completed.
