Has anyone ever dealt with these folks? I'm a very small agency looking to expand my access to more PC markets without having to worry about production requirements. Any constructive input would be appreciated.

May not be for you if you're looking for no production requirements. They're all pretty big agencies. They're a national franchise agency. You might try getting appointed with some wholesalers for better market access.

If my memory is correct, they are very pricey, but i don't think they have a quota, I think they have a cost per month. Give them a call.
