Kim, Florida markets are arguably better than NY right now (amazing, right?) so you likely have more choices for customers. As of this writing, only E&S is available in NY on the HO side, except far upstate, so admitted renewals are gold right now, regardless of renewal pricing. That's for HO, and CL. PAP/Commercial auto is almost as bad. Retention is still mid 90s. Things have to bet better in 2025.
