I've been enjoying reading the forums and contributing here and there. I suppose it's time for a formal introduction. I've been in the P&C business for about 25 years. Here are some of the things I have done:

CL Agent - Sales & Service (Independent)

Agency Automation Specialist & Trainer
Sr Training Specialist offering CE, Sales, and CL JumpStart courses
Auto Collision Repair Shop manager
I have my CPCU, AU, CIC, and CRM designations, am a licensed P&C Agent in Ohio, and am a Certified CE trainer in 34 states. One thing led to the next until I found myself traveling 48 weeks out of the year doing CE classes and other speaking engagements. So, I decided to give Claims a shot by way of my brothers body shop in our hometown. He needed help and I needed to stay closer to home. So far, it's a blast!!
Whew!! I just wanted to get that out of the way because you will see me all over the boards and speaking from various experiences. I am excited to join the conversation.
