I am looking for someone to work with who can get me going in the right direction. I have been steady but inconsistent in my business and would like to see this into a prosperous career. I have looked at Equita and have read both good and bad so I am nervous about hoping to receive much training from anyone(past promises not kept). I want to work and be successful but I have no track to run on, so to speak.

If you don't have at least a couple thousand saved to get started, then your first month with EFES could be sink or swim, but you will get excellent training. No ifs, and, or buts.

I can only speak for me. I don't recruit or tain agents. I work with EFES as a sole proprieter.

In my opinion EFES is the best IMO for the producing FE agent that does FE fulltime. It does matter which RD you get under with EFES as far at commissions and lead costs to start.

Newby would be a good person to talk to since he does recruit some now but he mainly looks for expeienced agents that just want to add a contract or two. He may ot be a good fit for a person completely new to the business. Still wouldn't hurt to ask him.

Why be afraid?

Theres 10+ good FE companies.. I don't know what EFES requires, but sign up using just a couple companies.. if yu dont like it, sign up elsewhere using the other companies

To tell you the truth, I have my max limit right now of new agents that need some hand holding. I don't want to get to where I have a BUNCH of agents that need help and no time to assist them. I need to keep it small for now.

I'm not full training like Equita. If you need quite a bit of start up help I would try hard to get into Travis Tubbs group at Equita.

I'm happy to give contracts to anyone that needs them but if you need more than some initial phone training and the type of info you can learn from my website (adding more to it every day) then you REALLY should get with a full training program.

Newby, what you have done with your website is really nice.

Thanks! I'm trying to put everything an FE agent will need to know all in one place. It will take a while to get it to where I want it to be.

It's getting a HUGE amount of traffic already. I don't want to become a full-time recruiter.

I didn't think I would be either, but once it started I was committed whether I wanted to be or not. Good thing I chose to be, huh?
