If this is John's number then why does a reverse lookup on www.whitepages.com say it belongs to someone else?

All of his previous websites are no longer active - he just sent me an email with a phishing link that my antivirus software blocked. Now he has set up a new website to start the scam again no doubt. This guy is slick
