Just started at SF. Good or Bad ?

your a team member...your not in line to be an agent? sorry but this was a waste of posts.

get experience under a state farm agent learn how to service a client do what's right by them...multi-line learn to pivot to the life and financial services for retention when and if you decide to open up your own agency go independant.

read nasfa.com forum section it about state farm agents, and what you are up against. if you are getting a base + salary than it is a good place to learn.
