Call a client yesterday to give her an update on her ap. First call I said hi Cindy, real friendly like we have been friends for ever. Explained that I was calling about the insurance application we did. She tells me she doesn't need any insurance and hangs up. Tried a few more time, hangs up every time.
Let it go until today. Maybe she's having a bad day but I get the same thing today. Her sister was with when I took the ap so the third time I called I YELLED, don't hang up or I'm telling your sister.
She was like, what? I explained and she remembered and said she was hoping to hear from me. Really? Too funny.
She lives in an apartment with the security buzzer. I was thinking if I can't get through on the phone I probably wouldn't get through at the door. Or if I ran into her, she's blind. How would I delivery the policy? I should have gotten her sister's phone number. Been hung up on before but never for this many tries. Anyone else run into this?
