I am waiting on appointment. Does anyone know if Kemper can write a 26 yo Female with Downs for somewhere between 5 and 10k?

40 is the minimum age with Kemper. What state are you in? GPM may be an option.

Depending on the details of your client, you may very well be able to place the 26 year old downs client with GPM.
There will be some restrictions, but you can pull it through assuming she or her POA can answer the knock out questions.
