Kemper Preferred Insurance in CA?

Has anyone worked with them? How do they compare in terms of rates and coverage compared to Safeco or Travelers for home or auto?

Yeah, we use them. Good customer service, middle of the road rates. Travelers' rates suck right now in SoCal so Kemper can usually beat them. Safeco and Kemper are pretty close.

One thing I like about Kemper is the blanket limit on their HO3s. They will have one limit that is 2x coverage A to cover A through D without separate limits for each category.
