KFF Health News requested the records in August, but, more than two months later, “no documents, responsive or otherwise, have been produced,”

KFF sued on Nov 11, after the election.

With a new admin coming on 1/20 it may be that they have the "shredders" going full force in hopes of leaving nothing incriminating behind.

Won't be the first time that happened . . .
