Lead Center with Integrity

Actually I am going to have to find out somehow, I remember seeing OH it is illegal to do telemarking leads on this forum but I am not finding online on google
It's illegal to cold call or show up unannounced for any T-65 lead in Ohio. Not sure about final expense.

I read somewhere that you can't call anyone about Medicare in Ohio.

But I'm in Georgia. It's not like I'm just going to pop in.

I'd suggest calling you Insurance Dept.

Just don't call Georgia's. They don't have a clue.

I just called and they said no door knocking but cold calling is fine

Also this is what I see on google

Is cold calling illegal in Ohio?

Ohio does not have a separate Do Not Call law, although the federal laws may be enforced in federal or state court by the Attorney General. Businesses that violate the do not call provisions may be ordered to pay damages of $500 per call $10,000 or more.
