Lead Company? Best Refund Policy??

I found Leadco to be good on returns. But I do not think you will find one that will take a return for not answering the phone.

ASAP was very good about returns but I have not used them since they were bought out.

Insuranceleads.com will let you return them if they don't answer the phone and you basically have a ton of supporting documentation. I call mine 5 times on average and send 5 emails, and I lay that out in the comments section, and have yet to have one not returned for bogus contact info. They have the best return policy I've seen. Not the best leads, but the best return policy.

As far as returns Allweb does alright. Even when they fight me, I just go over the guy's head and state my case and it's fixed. Plus they allow some time to contact or confirm if the lead's good or bad. I left somebody last year who cut confirmation to a few days.

With any leads, check them off against the reverse directory and address. You can even check and see if that person is part of the community and their age. Why is that important? because in january 50% of my leads were real people with made up information for the quote.

if someone doesn't answer for 5 days, and I cannot contact them, I would like that lead to be credited.

Hometown Quotes used to do that. Can't say if they still do or not.

They (HTQ) recently contacted me about some changes they were contemplating. I always like those folks and had a good and profitable relationship. They hired some new folks on the front line and things went downhill quickly. I believe those new hires didn't make it.

If I were buying leads again, they would be one of the first I would contact.

Insuranceleads.com will let you return a lead if someone says they were not interested. Thats probably the most liberal return policy I know of, and I buy leads from 7 vendors so I have tried most of them. Netquote is the quickest to deny a return. I still buy leads from them both because my ROI is good with them both.

I found out today that Insuranceleads.com has changed their return policy and anyone that uses them should contact them for info.
What I was told (as it relates to me) that my return rate is over 51%, so they will not be able to return any of my leads after they have been verified.
I asked what verified meant (as I was curious to see how my 51% return ratio was being validated).
"If the information on the lead "card" matches what was sent, it is valid". No contacting the prospect to validate if they selected the wrong product, age, etc.:1err:

Edit: I am now looking for another lead provider to try them out to see what type of results I will get.
To be fair, under the "old return" policy, my profit to lead cost ratio was 8.6, with an average FYC of $401 .
Under the new system it could be as low as 3.4. I say as low as I cannot assume that they will never issue me a credit.
Or is that me being naive...
Anyone that can send me links for me to review, that would be fantastic!

I tried netquote THEY SUCK, any way I called and called the sales guy there he never returned my calls. At this point I was at about 400.00 worth of their leads, so I called and cancelled my credit card, the leads stopped when they tried to bill my card, but still no call. Then about a week later the leads started coming and coming, I just deleted them. Then they send me a bill for over 2500.00, I called the collection department and told them to get lost as I had called and cancelled long ago, now they are trying to sue me, has this ever happened to anyone?
