Lead Company - Opinion on Synergy Voice Solutions

Anyone out there ever used Synergy Voice Solutions - synergyvoicesolutions dot com. The concept is interesting, but as will all lead vendors my skepticism kicks in when the ask for upfront fee with promise of leads that "should" come in.

Compared to purchasing real time leads (only pay when a lead is actually delivered) not sure if there is significant advantage but willing to consider if anyone has any positive feedback.

They have a website by GoDaddy "website tonight" which is a HUGE red flag. It typically means they don't have a few hundred bucks to pay for website design. They site also redirects; you type in the address and it takes you to Today's Insurance Leads.

This also appears to be voice broadcasting - which does not work. On top of that, voice broadcasting to residential customers is illegal.

Also, senior agents correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe cold calling for MA plans is a CMS violation: http://www.todaysinsuranceleads.com/uploads/Medciare_Advantage.wav

That's also an illegal way of generating business. Voice Broadcasting has been banned since Sept 1 of last year. If it wasn't illegal, it's not a bad way of getting business.
