Does anyone have reliable lead providers with fresh leads they can recommend? I need new home owner lists with mortgages thank u

Speakeasy Leads is pretty solid. I currently use them for final expense but just a few months ago their mp leads were just as good.

I find their final expense leads to be much better than their mortgage protection. My close rate is typically around 30-40% for final expense and closer to 25% for mortgage protection.

Sorry to bother you but I just placed an order with them and have some details for the order amount but all of a sudden none of their emails work. The bounce message claims they cannot be found. I've sent and received 4-5 emails with them so I'm kinduv in shock. Are you able to email them with no bounce?
