Good point. I see a lot of the insurance website builders have a "Get a Quote" form, some are really long. You would think if they don't work they would find something else.

I would be curious if the agents are getting the leads they expect. It seems to be the only way to get value out of the site other than the phone.

I will. Thinking the middle ground might be to ask for their year of birth. Got that from a Canadian site. It seems a small matter but I will try A/B testing to see if it makes a difference. Will let y'all know how it goes. Appreciate all the input.
