I saw an ad in Insurance News saying stop wasting your leads....for leads360...they don't sell leads they manage leads. The minute i entered my info on their site they called me. They told me for 100 a month they'll manage my leads, send out automated emails to the leads, etc. etc. I said that seems kind of steep. I said what makes you different from prospect zone, insuranceleads, allweb, etc. They told me that if I let these companies know that I have leads360 I will get my leads about 5 - 7 minutes quicker rather than waiting for the lead company to email me the lead.....

WHAT??????? Why would the internet lead companies that we pay, provide the leads quicker to this organization then us, their client???????????????

Anyone heard of this?

Its sort of true, but its not for the reason you think. They aren't providing the lead to them first. It's a technology thing. The time it takes an email to travel for pop3, and your server to refresh to check the directory runs from 1-5 minutes. Like with outlook the fastest delay speed you can set up is 1 minute. You're dealing with cycle delays across the servers.

They post your leads into the CRM by https post, which posts the lead into the database like 15-20 milliseconds after it gets posted into the lead vendors database. Norvax's CRM does the same thing. I think salesforce does too, although im not 100% sure.

On average your lead will arrive maybe 1-5 minutes faster into their CRM faster than you'd get the email even with a blackberry set up on push email, and the CRM has already sent out an autoresponder before anyone could manually send one. If you use the integrated dialer, you are actually dialing the lead within 30 milliseconds, which is fast to say the least. It's so fast that people are actually confused when you call and have no idea half the time that anyone was going to call them, yet they hit a submit button and their phone rang RIGHT THEN. Take that for what its worth. It won't close a deal for you, but you will be the first to call if the lead is real time.

Total cost is 650 dollars a month for that setup.

My leads show up first in leads360, 2nd on blackberry, and last into outlook, and they're all being sent simultaneously.

If you sign up with them, tell them I referred you maybe they'll give me a discount lol.

The 100 bucks a month does pay for 2 logins, they do not offer a single login plan. I would try to find another agent I know and trust to split a login with.

so you're buying your own leads and your using this company to get the lead faster and to call the lead in millliseconds...is there another reason why you'd pay them for this service...is there something else that they do that you would spend 650 a month to get your leads a little quicker....do they provide leads also?

I guess I'm missing something - the $650 you're paying a month must give you something besides getting your leads quicker...I mean you still have to buy the leads from a lead company - correct?

No. They don't provide leads. They're a CRM, you can get a similar service from Mojo for like 150 bucks a month plus like agencyiq or your insurance office.

The advantages to leads360 are the speed, the dialer incorporation, and the email sending incorporation with securesend that informs you on email bounces and spam complaints, plus their software can show you metrics that help you determine quality of lead providers without having to spreadsheet it yourself. The securesend part helps a lot in identification of fake leads.

If you aren't buying a ton of leads it frankly may be over the top for you. My thinking personally is that it probably gets me 1 or 2 deals a month I wouldn't get otherwise from just the sheer speed of phone dialing I can do.

Its $100 per month for their basic service. Its another $10 per month for the click to call feature. And last I heard they were adding an autodialer feature, but I don't know if they did that yet or what the cost is.

I thought the setup fee was $400. Where is someone coming up with $650 per month?

The cost for leads360 is 100 per month for 2 logins. The cost for dialmaxx, the integrated dialer is 150, the cost for the https posting functions for the software and software unlocks for data transferring is 400.

Thats for the small business edition. If you wanted the enterprise version that has more logins and features I believe it starts at 1000$ per month. Plus 150 dollars per dialer seat, I'm not sure if the software unlocks still cost the al la carte price of 150 and 250 with the enterprise ed, I'd bet they're included with it.

I'm coming up with that price from what I was quoted.

There was also a setup fee, I believe it was 400 dollars. I can't remember its been a few months.

For just the CRM without the dialer its 100 per month for 2 logins. I do not know if the click to dial feature even works, that's not what I'm talking about, I've never used the built in click to dial feature.
