ROI isn't there. I tried them for a while and gave it a chance. They claim that 30-40% that push 1 to speak to you are interested, but it's really about 10%. Spent 1,000 on the minutes and got 3 deals out of it. Might work in your demographics though.

Just like any other lead source some agents like and some don't.
 
Demographics also plays a big role in the success of a press "1" campaign. Staying out of bigger cities and targeting rural areas will give you a better response rate.
