I agree! My firm has personally used the "Live Transfer" technique; and have experienced good results with a ratio in the neighborhood of 1/8 or around 12/100. I am glad to see you keeping them honest here GreenSky........Keep it up.

It would not be good biz for me to come on here and make false claims. We make money on repeat biz not one and done.

Like I said before, the amount of success depends greatly on demographic, design of message, and the agent themselves.

I just didn't pull those numbers out of a hat, they were acquired from agent feedback.

Not sure why people would come back to us if they weren't making money.

All Ways are great for the right person in the right area's!
And yes, it's different for every demographic! If you're in an Urban area, depending on your targets, try your local (SCENE) News papers are always great for Younger crowds. We have gotten better results with that than direct mailers and auto dialing.

And nothing is for free, Right? Unless you're a fan of opensource!
"Asteriskwin32" (GOOGLE IT) PBX is an OpenSource program. The Novice computer user can set it up themselves, Or the Tech-savy 15 year old son or neighbor, Only thing out of pocket is the phone lines and an old PC. IP or ISDN lines work great.
Follow simple direction and set it up to do this himself with Built in IVR.
I understand the need, But in times like this, Free always is better. My time is Invaluable, But if I can work an extra 20 hours to save a few thousand dollars, then I feel it's worth it!
A complete system set up and running is 1-5k, And those are on the cheap side. You can do your own AutoDialing and Live Transfers!

If you're wondering what to say, call a few of them up and see what they are saying. It's always good to size up the competition.

There is no reason we should be throwing money away anymore! Even the I-Lead Companies are struggling! I see them All over the Place scrapping around for more business.
