Lessors Risk Only - Class Codes

When quoting a LRO where the tenant is a beauty/hair salon...which class code do you use on the GL app?

61212 - Building or Premises- bank or office mercantile or manufacturer (Lessor's Risk Only) OR

10115 - Beauty Parlors and Hair Styling Salons

61212 is the code i see on ALL my lessor risk apps.

but it think its up to the carrier, just be sure to tell them its a salon downstairs and they will have a note of it in some of the iso form page.s
