I know they're overpriced. I replaced one that was on payroll deduction.
Blew it out of the water. Then the other agent told him he couldn't cancel it because he was locked in for a year.
I explained that you can't put life insurance under a pretax 125. The client looked at his pay stub and said yep, it says non 125.
This is my only experience with them, but my conclusion is they're overpriced and possibly don't train their agents well.
I said all that needed to be said.. "Torchmark"..
