We are an agency with multiple CGA offices and about 35 MAA offices. We are constantly recruiting and expanding. We sell lots of health insurance and package ancillary along with it. Like most insurance agencies we have a healthy turn over rate. Less than the industry average, but still more than a salaried type position.
