I have been working with Cube ACR for sometime now though not specifically for the CICA FE. Overall, it is quite useful when most of the calls are to be conducted and the reliability chart is not too graphically compelling. But do realize that some phones or updates can block recording depending on individual privacy policies so it’s trial and error. If you are attempting it for CICA FE they should ask to try it out on a few calls to see if they will work for you.
