I have a question about Life Contracting, do most Life Insurance companies allow the agent to send in business while the agent is waiting to get appointed with that particular company? Do any certain companies come to mind that will NOT allow the agent to submit business before they are "formally" appointed. Thanks.

IT also depends on the state. IN GA you must be appointed with a company before you submit business. But for the states that do allow it, then it will be up to the company. I recommend that you sign up with the company 1st, to make sure they will take you, offer you advancing and that you have up to date supplies.
State specific limits the carriers to be appointed or not before submitting the application.
