Life Insurance for a Client with Sickle Cell Anemia

Are there any life carriers that would issue an 18 yrs old male with sickle cell anemia. So far I've checked with some companies I've been told that it's a declined case.

When he turns 25 , you can take him a graded plan with UHL.

Until then, I can't think of anyone.

If he was 20 he could qualify for Fidelity's graded benefit policies up to $250k....other than that, there isn't much out there other than graded final expense plans for low benefit amounts.

Life expectancy for someone with sickle cell is around 45 years old.

Unfortunately, it is that serious and would be declined by every carrier that I am aware of.
