Sell what you would sell in CA.. Right coast Yankees aren't much different than left coasters..

My son is already trying to get us to move there. Not following a 24-year-old yet. His job is a very DC type job so he will be there. However, California is looking more and more like a state people used to live in. As they start to have children I can see spending several months a year there.

What are your thoughts on Facebook leads there? Not looking to work the ghettos. I saw The Wire, nope! Looking to do phone and internet sales mostly.

Just thinking at this point. I don't see a lot mentioned about Maryland here.

One of my sons just bought a house in a town called Brandywine. All I know is it is in Prince George's County. Which is between the Potomac and the sea. His work is pretty much a DC type gig so they will most likely stay there. So as they start having kids I can see spending a few months a year there. I can do what I do from anywhere there is a phone and internet. It would be nice to build a book there.

Well, if you like black and/or military demographics, the DMV should be fertile ground. All three states have rural, suburban, and urban markets reasonably close to you, as well.
I'd be very optimistic!

Regardless you'll be within three hours of me by car and I'm sure I can find some leads down that way so if your game maybe we meet up and go a door knockin' ... it will remind you the other half lives (the half that doesn't know how to sit around in our underwear and sell by phone).

Yeah, Black or even White is not an issue for me. I am super comfortable with military. My son works with almost 100% prior military and if I can get into that community I am golden. DMV, I had to pull up a map to figure that out. Being from California it is different seeing all of these states within a few hours of each other. I am more of a Suburban agent. Not a lot of what I perceive as Urban here and Rural here is farmland.

Yeah, I may just have to try a test run or two.
