Does any level of LIS qualify for SEP?

Do you think the gov search engine PDP plan details show a correct premium for LIS qualifiers?

Last year several Humana Enhanced were $8.00 and this year they are showing $7 something. Would have figured it would be higher if anything.

It is my understanding that LIS qualifies a beneficiary for an SEP... that would mean any level.

Any level of LIS has a continuous SEP. I enrolled a lady in an MA plan in July that only had the 25% level help.

Any level of LIS qualifies for SEP continuously; they can change every month if they so desire.
