There are some agencies that will give you access to their carriers for reasonable splits. That's what I did and when I got my own appointments ,I moved those business to my agency.It worked well for both of us.Email me for more info [email protected]

NPFinsurance, try Security Insurance based in AZ. They write a lot of commercial in all states, including CA. They pay awesome and its really easy to do business with them.
