Why in the world would you want a dead owner. Live ones tend to work out better.
I know right. It's very awkward when they say "he passed away 2 years ago".

There is always the classic "Looks like I'm here a three years late".

I just replied with "I'm very sorry to hear that. Is the current owner in?" I actually got that account.
The easiest of FE sales are right after someone they know has died. The issue is as real as it is ever going to get at that time.

Could be the best names on the lsit. You simply apologize for not knowing, express your sympathy and then carry on your conversation with the person that answered in the same manner you would have with the name on the list.
They certainly should be receptive as they would have an immediate awareness of final expense costs.
