I really have no idea, I hired a guy to do this for me. I guess I can ask him and just wanted some third party advice and opinions. Thanks for the replies so far.

Maybe I am jumping the gun as the guy I hired I know has not completed whatever he needs to complete? I just noticed how slow it was loading today.
I had the same issue, I complained and they moved me to another server and on the 4gh server thing.

Also the website that I showed up there, showed you had errors on your page that may be causing it to load slowly. Study those two links and see what the sites say.
