Greentree (a Conseco subsidiary) used to be a primary lender for mobile homes. I am not sure if they still exist and if so, if they are in that market.
I don't think Greentree is around anymore. Conseco's purchase of Greentree apparently is what caused Conseco the problems that precipitated the bankruptcy filing.
