Anybody here who has any thoughts on how to manage and make it easier on checking the updates of your carriers?

I concur on LastPass. Once you set it up you can put all your carrier URL's in one folder and log into all of them at the same time, automatically.

Here's what I do. I don't know if it's a system or not?
Every morning I log onto every site and check commissions and pending cases and other thing that may need my attention.
Most of the companies I write will also notify me me of any problems. Pending lapse, missed draft, etc. I contact those clients as soon as I'm made aware of an issue. Most people that I call about a missed draft don't even know it was missed since I'm notifying them before the bank or the company has.
But it starts with being on the sites every morning without fail. That's 7 days a week too. Some companies I've learned over the years don't update on the weekend. RNA is one of those. So once I've checked them on Sat morning I don't need to check with then on Sunday m ornings.
Same for the Ky DOI site. I don't log on to it on the weekends because they don't update on weekends.

What info are you looking for on the DOI site so frequently?

Nothing in particular. Just habit now to log into it everyday when I'm checking all the other sites.

Hmmm, yea. I had a feeling you'd come back with something like that. It's my fault for trying to have a sense of humor with some people.
