I guess they are a marketer that recruits agents and takes overrides. I think they may push Mutual of Omaha policies. Not sure.

No, you just go to NIPR Home Page and select the States you want and pay the licensing fees.

A few states have additional CE requirements that need completing .... VA, MN, GA, CA, NY, IN to name a few...., but it is generally easy.
