Looking For a Bad Faith Insurance Attourney!

I had an agreed value policy for 2.2 Mill. , It has been almost a year and I have tried to settle with them for far less. I have filed a lawsuit in federal court and now I am looking to take to the ends of the earth.

Filed suit without a federal suit in court without an attorney? That sounds odd.

Not for nothing, but if the insurer is denying a claim, they probably have a solid reason for it. I think Mark is right, a complaint with the insurance department can usually go further than most people think it will.

That is all we need to know that this is pure bs. Unlike criminal court, you have no right to represent yourself in civil court. He would not be allowed to file a lawsuit in federal court without representation from an attorney admitted to its bar.

And don't try to tell me he let one attorney file suit while searching for one to represent him in court.

What kind of high dollar car did you have? What do you do for a living? Who is the insurance company? Give us all so more details...

I'd like to meet the guy who has a multi-million dollar car, but doesn't already have an attorney on retainer. Even if his attorney couldn't do it, he definitely could refer him to someone he could. It is complete and utter bs.
