Looking for a Group That Does Senior W/ Leads and Easy Release TX

I am looking for a group (GA or FMO) that does senior products with leads and easy release in Texas.

I am not sure if GA (General Agent) or FMO (field marketing organization) are the right terms for what I mean. Or even want the differences are of GA, MGA and FMO's?

I did talk to one that would give me some training, appointment me with the most competitive products in my area. And give me list of people turning 65 and 66-70 database in my area not on the DNC list. They also said they would give a release to you from the appointments if you wanted to leave. But their in house telemarket/mail leads are taken in my area.

So do you know anybody similar that handles the Texas area? I am new to insurance and not a cold call type of guy. I guess I could hire a telemarketer, but don't know what to pay or how to train.

Stay away from a guy named Oscar Alvarez, or Centerpoint Financial out of Ellisville (St Louis) MO. This guy will screw you over as he did me on contracts and commissions.

I would recommend either Oscar Alvarez , or Centerpoint Financial out of Ellisville (St. Loius) Mo. Stand up guys with top contracts, up front release letters, and great service. ..

Free or low cost leads with some training. I found one in Houston, TX, But their telemarketed leads are taken for the Dallas area.

We have the best lead program in the country with $10 FE direct mail and good contracts but all of TX is all ready sold out. I plan to expand the program soon and get more zips so look in the offer section under new $10 FE program and look us up in a few months to see if we have new zips.

Yet another recruiting post. Be very careful as he has only 3 years of licensing and still lives on his advances.

I wouldn't believe anything he writes.

Experienced agents would never work with him.
